When I made some reconditioning work on my own site, a thought occurred about removing some features that could make the site load too slow. This had to do with the fact that these functions depend upon the capacity on other sites.
The scripts made it possible to show whether You are online or offline for ICQ & the Swedish community called LunarStorm. The basics for doing this is an object in ASP called XMLHTTP, with which You gather information from other sites.
